ALLENTOWN, Pa. — The Allentown Housing Authority will accept new applications for affordable housing from individuals age 62 and older, as well as people with disabilities, beginning later this month.

The application window will open at 9 a.m. on Sept. 22 and close at 11:59 p.m. on Sept. 26. Applications must be completed and submitted online.

The Housing Authority manages public housing and voucher programs across the city, providing rental assistance and affordable housing opportunities to qualifying residents. Officials said the limited enrollment period is designed to ensure a fair process for applicants.
