Easton Street Eats food truck festival returns to West Ward this weekend
EASTON, Pa. — More than 20 food trucks will line North 12th Street this Saturday as the Easton Street Eats Food Truck Festival returns to the city’s West Ward for its third year.
The free festival runs from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. May 30 on North 12th Street, next to Cottingham Stadium and Paxinosa Elementary School. It is organized by the Easton Area Chamber of Commerce, a partner of the Greater Lehigh Valley Chamber of Commerce.
Easton police will close North 12th Street between Spring and Northampton streets by 9:30 a.m. for vendor setup, and the street is expected to reopen by 6 p.m. at the latest, organizers said. Attendees can park in the Cottingham Stadium lot, and street parking is also available.
More than 20 vendors are scheduled to serve a range of options, from savory street food to desserts and specialty drinks. Several will sell alcoholic beverages, which are available only to attendees 21 and older.

- Easton Treatery
- Yusuf Halal Food
- Rype Food Truck
- Get Em’ Corn
A DJ from Lehigh Valley-based Sonic Entertainment will perform onsite throughout the day, organizers said. The event is family-friendly.

Organizers said the festival drew nearly 2,000 attendees last year, when it was held in the West Ward in late May.
“This event helps bring visitors, energy, and economic activity into the West Ward while showcasing delicious food, incredible local businesses and neighborhood pride that make this area so special,” said Jessica O’Donnell-Gower, executive vice president for chambers of commerce at the Greater Lehigh Valley Chamber of Commerce.
