SOUTH WHITEHALL TOWNSHIP, Pa. — Police are asking for the public’s help in locating George H. Hansell Jr., 31, who was reported missing from his home in South Whitehall Township on July 2, 2025.

Hansell has been diagnosed with schizoaffective disorder, depressive type with catatonia, according to his family. He was last seen at his home wearing jeans and a plaid flannel hooded jacket.

Hansell is described as 5 feet 8 inches tall, weighing 150 pounds, with dark brown hair and blue eyes. Birthday Aug. 20, 1993.

“We just want George to come home safe,” said a family spokesperson. “If anyone has seen him or has any information, please contact the authorities immediately.”

A missing person report has been filed with the South Whitehall Township Police Department. Due to his medical condition and the time since he was last seen, his family is concerned for his safety and well-being.
