Lehigh Valley IronPigs hiring for 2026 season with job fairs at Coca-Cola Park
ALLENTOWN, Pa. — The Lehigh Valley IronPigs are looking to fill dozens of seasonal positions ahead of the 2026 baseball season, with two upcoming job fairs scheduled at Coca-Cola Park.
The Triple-A affiliate will hold in-person interviews on Saturday, Feb. 7, from 9 a.m. to noon and again on Wednesday, Feb. 11, from 4 to 6 p.m. at the Allentown ballpark.
The team is hiring across a wide range of departments, including food and beverage, ticketing, housekeeping, security, parking, ushers, grounds crew and kids zone staff. The organization is also seeking on-field mascot performers and promo crew members to entertain fans during games.
The IronPigs said they are seeking “hard-working, baseball-loving, customer service-oriented individuals” to help staff the ballpark this season.
The positions are seasonal and part-time, tied to the club’s 75-game home schedule and other special events held at Coca-Cola Park between April and September. None of the roles are full-time, and no full-time benefits are offered, according to the team.
Compensation varies by department. Most food and beverage and operations positions pay hourly, while other roles are paid per game or event. Some positions, such as food and beverage hawkers who sell to fans in their seats, are commission-based.
The team has not published specific pay rates for the 2026 season, but prior-season job listings on Indeed and Glassdoor showed hourly rates ranging from $12 to $16 for food and beverage roles, including concessions attendants and stand leads.
The organization said it is accepting applications from workers as young as 14 for food and beverage roles. However, certain positions — including warehouse and maintenance staff and 50/50 raffle sellers — require applicants to be at least 18 years old. Many roles also require standing for up to 6 hours and lifting up to 50 pounds in outdoor conditions.
Applicants are encouraged to complete an application online before attending either job fair. Only one application is required regardless of how many positions a candidate is interviewing for. Bringing a resume is also recommended.
Those unable to attend the scheduled job fairs can call the IronPigs at 610-841-7447 or visit the front office during regular business hours, Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., to schedule a Zoom or in-person interview.
The IronPigs said applicants can expect to hear back by mid-March.
