The Lehigh Valley is heading into a historically busy season of fairs, festivals, and cultural events. The region will host various activities that draw residents and visitors, from large-scale music gatherings to small community celebrations.
Here’s a look at some of the major events scheduled across the area for summer 2025.
Musikfest Aug. 1-10 – Bethlehem
The nation’s largest free, non-gated music festival returns for 10 days of live performances, food, artisan vendors, and kids’ activities.

- The Black Crowes (Aug. 4)
- Chicago (Aug. 5)

- The Black Keys (Aug. 10)
The festival takes place across North and South Bethlehem, with over 300 free performances at venues including SteelStacks and Northside plazas.
Blast Furnace Blues Festival, July 18-19 – SteelStacks, Bethlehem
The 14th annual free blues festival returns with performances from Shemekia Copeland, Indigenous, Jax Hollow, and others. Food vendors include Kutztown Pub and Udder Bar.
“Blast Furnace Blues celebrates an American art form with local greats and national acts who you simply can’t miss,” said ArtsQuest Chief Programming Officer Patrick Brogan.
¡Sabor! Latin Festival June 26-28 – SteelStacks, Bethlehem
ArtsQuest will host a free three-day celebration of Latin culture featuring DJs, live bands, dancing, and food. The festival is sponsored by Highmark Blue Shield and La Mega Radio.
Levitt Pavilion Summer Concert Series May 16–Sept 13 (select nights) – SteelStacks, Bethlehem
Free live music returns most weekends throughout the summer. The lineup includes various genres, from indie rock to tribute bands.
Blast Furnace Walking Tours and Events May through September – SteelStacks, Bethlehem
Historic Bethlehem Museums and Sites will offer guided “Rise and Fall of Bethlehem Steel” walking tours, archive visits, bus rides, and outdoor film screenings.
Tickets are $20 for adults and $12 for children ages 7-17.
Macungie Car Shows Aug. 1-3 and Aug. 22-24 – Macungie Memorial Park
Two vintage car shows—Das Awkscht Fescht and Wheels of Time—will showcase antique vehicles, flea markets, live entertainment, and food vendors.
Das Awkscht tickets are $10 for adults and free for children 15 and under. Wheels of Time admission is $15 for adults and free for children 16 and under.
Historic Bethlehem Blueberry Festival, July 19-20 – Burnside Plantation, Bethlehem
This family-friendly event features blueberry-themed treats, crafts, and live entertainment on the grounds of the historic Burnside Plantation.
Tickets are $10 for adults and $5 for children ages 4-17.
Great Allentown Fair Aug. 27–Sept 1 – Allentown Fairgrounds
The season wraps with this classic county fair, which features agricultural exhibits, carnival rides, grandstand concerts, contests, food stalls, and family-friendly entertainment.
Admission is $10 for ages 13 and up and free for children under 13.
