BETHLEHEM, PA — Musikfest is back in Bethlehem for its 41st annual celebration! The largest free music festival in the United States will be held for ten days, from August 2 to August 11.

The festival provides diverse food options, activities, and performances, as 49 food vendors introduce unique menus.

This year’s festival welcomes nine new food vendors who will bring new selections and flavors to the streets of Bethlehem.

Algorithm Vegan Grill

Crowned as Philadelphia Magazine’s best food truck, Algorithm Vegan Grill roves the streets of Philadelphia and the surrounding area.

This year, the food truck will stop in Bethlehem to join the Musikfest and provide various vegan options to attendees.

Mon and Mel’s Sweet Scoops Ice Cream Truck

Originating in Lehigh Valley, Mon and Mel’s Sweet Scoops was started by two cousins who pursued their passion for ice cream following their family’s path.

With a school bus that they turned into an ice cream truck, they travel through the neighborhoods in Lehigh Valley, offering 11 different flavors of ice cream, milkshakes, sundaes, Italian ice, and more.

This year, the ice cream truck will stop at Musikfest to serve refreshing ice cream in hot August weather.

“We are thrilled to be a part of this event and have been making sure our team is scheduled, our supplies are ordered, and our truck is stocked up for the big week ahead,” said Monica and Melissa.

Sweet Scoops will reflect a pleasant and lovely aesthetic at the festival, making it a unique stop for attendees.

“We pride ourselves on our delicious treats that can be customized to their liking and served perfectly picture-worthy,” said Mon and Mel.

The Taste Smokers

The Taste Smokers offers a Chicago-style barbecue in the heart of Bethlehem. As they attend Musikfest this year, the black-owned business plans to add several kinds of smoked meat, potatoes, nachos, and more.

Uno Taqueria

Uno Taqueria is preparing to bring a Mexican flavor to Musikfest this year. Their menu will include everything from quesadillas to burritos and nachos.

Edge Restaurant

Edge Restaurant will be at Musikfest to provide an elegant dining experience. With a specialized menu inspired by Asian and French flavors, Edge will offer unique and joyful bites.

Their Musikfest menu includes popcorn chicken with garlic sesame, mac & cheese bites, poutine fries, and fish and chips.

Randevoo

The Randevoo food truck travels around the Lehigh Valley to bring Asian flavors to people.

It will stop at Musikfest to serve attendees its homemade vegan fried chicken steamed buns, vegan sushi tempura, wontons, carnitas steamed buns, and more.

Hungry Hound Express

The Hungry Hound Express food truck, based at the Moravian University of Bethlehem, specializes in cheesesteak sandwiches.

It will also serve loaded tote bowls at Musikfest.

Empanada Guy

With its origins in New Jersey, the Empanada Guy food truck has rapidly become a household name.

Specializing in empanadas, the food truck roams the streets to serve a variety of Latin staples. This year, the Empanada Guy will be at Musikfest to bring a menu of empanadas, Cuban sandwiches, and plantains.

Husky Jawn

A new take on street corn this year in competition with the beloved classic Aw Shucks. This woman & Jamaican-owned business makes its first Musikfest debut with an original take on classic roasted street corn with their sweet, fire-roasted rendition.
