BETHLEHEM, Pa. — Quamir J. Davis, a 20-year-old Bethlehem man who was shot Oct. 8, died Saturday, and the Lehigh County coroner has ruled his death a homicide.
Davis was pronounced dead at 5:20 p.m. Saturday at St. Luke’s University Hospital, nine days after the shooting, Coroner Daniel A. Buglio said in a release Monday. Davis died of gunshot injuries, the coroner said, and an autopsy was scheduled for Monday.
Two men were shot, Bethlehem police said in an update posted Monday, and nobody is in custody. Police said detectives have identified people they believe were involved and several others who were there, and they want those people to come forward. Police said the shooting was in the 1200 block of Flower Drive. The coroner’s release lists the 1100 block of Merriman Court, at about 6 p.m.
“No piece of information is too small or insignificant,” police said. Anyone with video of the area, including surveillance cameras, doorbell cameras or cellphone recordings, is asked to contact police at 610-865-7000 or policeintel@bethlehem-pa.gov.

The second man who was shot has been released from the hospital and is expected to make a full recovery, police said. Bethlehem police are investigating with the Northampton County District Attorney’s Office and the Lehigh County Coroner’s Office.
