BETHLEHEM, PA – The Freedom High School boys basketball team triumphed over the Bethlehem Catholic Golden Hawks last Friday night, securing a decisive 51-37 victory in a high-energy matchup.
Freedom showcased dominance throughout the game, using speed and efficiency to capitalize on quick transition points. This relentless pace left Bethlehem Catholic struggling to keep up.
Despite their strong defensive effort, the Golden Hawks failed to find their offensive rhythm, with inconsistent ball movement and scoring opportunities hindering their performance.
With this victory, Freedom continues to dominate conference play and improves its overall record to 8-5.
Meanwhile, Bethlehem Catholic falls to 4-8 slipping below the .500 mark. Looking ahead, Bethlehem Catholic will play Northampton tonight at 7 p.m., while Freedom will host Liberty later this evening.
