ALLENTOWN, Pa. — The Lehigh Valley IronPigs announced today they will become the first minor league baseball team to offer fans a chance to turn their game knowledge into cash through a new prediction contest.
The “Pigs Parlay” program will give fans the opportunity to make three over/under predictions for each home game at Coca-Cola Park.
The initiative allows participants to test their baseball knowledge by predicting statistical outcomes for IronPigs home games.
There will be leaderboards for each game, each series, and for the entire season.
Beginning May 20th, participants can submit predictions on total runs, strikeouts and home runs by both teams, with a tiebreaker selection of total hits to determine winners in case of ties.
After each home game, a fan will be selected as a winner based on performance, receiving $50 in cash and two IronPigs tickets.
At the conclusion of each home series, another winner will be selected to receive $100 in cash and four IronPigs tickets.
The season-long leaderboard champion — the fan with the most correct predictions throughout the season — will receive a flat-screen television, provided by Service Electric Network, plus two IronPigs season tickets for the 2026 season.
The “Pigs Parlay” debuts when the IronPigs host the Buffalo Bisons next Tuesday, May 20th, and will continue throughout the remainder of home games in the 2025 season. The contest will not be available for away games.
Fans can sign up through the team’s website, where they can also follow leaderboards for each game, series, and the entire season.
Additional information is available on the IronPigs’ social media platforms, including Twitter (@IronPigs) and Facebook.
