BETHLEHEM TWP., Pa. — St. Luke’s Anderson Campus is embracing the fall season with a new addition to its growing lineup of community attractions — a festive barn filled with pumpkins, mums, and hay bales, all set against the backdrop of the hospital’s sprawling arboretum.

The new fall decoration barn, located near the heart of the Anderson Campus, offers visitors a picture-perfect spot to enjoy seasonal sights and celebrate autumn in the Lehigh Valley.
The display complements the campus’s well-known flower fields and adds a touch of rustic charm to its already scenic grounds.
St. Luke’s Arboretum spans about 92 acres surrounding the Anderson Campus, with 56 acres dedicated to seasonal flowers such as cosmos, canola, and crimson clover. Its most popular attraction — an 8-acre sunflower field — draws hundreds of visitors each late summer.

That field, first planted in 2020, helped establish the campus as a community destination for relaxation, photos, and outdoor wellness.
The barn continues that mission by offering a free and accessible space for families, patients, and community members to enjoy.
St. Luke’s newest project, the Enchanted Forest, also gives families another way to explore the campus. The play area, adjacent to the barn, is designed for children to connect with nature through outdoor discovery and imaginative play.
The space has previously hosted nature events and features seasonal decorations throughout the year.
“The arboretum has and will continue to provide enjoyment and well-being to our community,” St. Luke’s said in a statement on its website. “It is open to all, and there are many people who use it and have voiced their appreciation for our project.”
The Anderson Campus, located at Route 33 and Freemansburg Avenue, is open to the public year-round, inviting visitors to walk its trails, explore its fields, and now, enjoy a touch of fall magic at the new barn and Enchanted Forest.
