Wondaffle Bethlehem menu and hours

BETHLEHEM, Pa. — Wondaffle is now open on the South Side of Bethlehem on the ground floor of the Taylor Flats apartment building. The business was originally supposed to be named “Batter Up” but ended up having to re-brand due to a copyright dispute.

The new ice cream and waffle bar concept officially opened on Friday, March 21st, 2025 and serves up 16 ice cream flavors over fresh, fluffy waffles topped with your favorite toppings.

The business is owned by duo Manny Rodriguez and Rick Pongracz who also are the founders of Batch Microcreamery as well as Twisted & Dipped on Main St. in downtown Bethlehem.

Wondaffle is currently open at these days/times:

Monday – 3pm to 9pm
Tuesday – 3pm to 9pm
Wednesday – 3pm to 9pm
Thursday – 3pm to midnight
Friday – 3pm to midnight
Saturday – noon to midnight
Sunday – noon to 9pm

The shop offers patrons the choice between a Liege or Bubble waffle base which are then piled high with ice cream and toppings.

Liege Waffles – $10.95
