ALLENTOWN, Pa. — The Lehigh Valley IronPigs announced Thursday that Cosmic Baseball will return to their ballpark in 2027, and so far the only way to try for tickets is the tour’s lottery.

The team promoted the lottery on Instagram Thursday morning, telling followers to comment “COSMIC” to receive the link. No game dates have been set. The team’s release says dates and ticketing information “will be announced soon,” and the lottery lists only “Lehigh Valley, PA | Jefferson Park | 2027.”

Last time, demand outran the lottery. The first two 2026 Allentown dates sold out with fans still waiting, and the team added a third game on May 14, making the IronPigs the first team to host Cosmic Baseball on three straight dates, the team said in December. It said the IronPigs were the only organization among more than 30 tour dates to be granted a third game.

On the lottery page, entrants choose a location, provide contact information, and indicate how many tickets they want. Those selected are notified by text and email and can buy tickets until the event sells out. The page lists no entry deadline or ticket prices.

The games will be the first under the ballpark’s new name. The stadium at 1050 IronPigs Way will become Jefferson Park in 2027 under a naming-rights deal with Jefferson Health, the team announced Sept. 10. Terms were not disclosed.

It will be the IronPigs’ third straight season with Cosmic Baseball. The team signed on to the tour’s first season in 2025, according to its September 2024 announcement.

Each game pits the tour’s flagship team, the Cosmic Chili Peppers, against their rivals, the Glow Mojis, under black lights with UV-reactive gear, a live DJ, and fan interaction, according to the release.

Cosmic Baseball’s 2027 schedule names 44 minor league stadiums. The tour said its 2026 run drew more than 750,000 fans to 74 sold-out games in 30 markets, a 400% increase over its first tour in 2025. It said 2027 games will add new features, including a 360-degree fireworks display.

“The energy on our 2026 tour was absolutely electric, blowing past every expectation we set,” said Chris Martin, owner and founder of Cosmic Baseball.

The only other Pennsylvania stop on the 2027 list is PNC Field, home of the Scranton/Wilkes-Barre RailRiders.

In 2026, fans who missed the lottery had other ways in. The IronPigs sold group hospitality areas for all three dates and said their 18-game and four-game ticket plans included Cosmic Baseball access. Neither announcement this week says whether those options will return for 2027.
