ALLENTOWN, Pa. — Cars & Coffee Lehigh Valley will close out its season Sunday at 8 a.m. at Coca-Cola Park, the Lehigh Valley IronPigs’ ballpark at 1050 IronPigs Way, where the show has been held all season.
Sam Jellinek, the IronPigs’ manager of broadcasting and media relations, confirmed the time in an email. The show’s Facebook page announced the closer Oct. 18, writing: “Looking forward to getting everyone back together again.”
It ends the show’s first year at the ballpark, and its return is not settled. “As of right now, we have not yet begun discussions for 2027, although we are hopeful we will be able to host Cars & Coffee for years to come,” Jellinek said.
Jellinek called the season a success. “This year’s Cars & Coffee events were a success, and we enjoyed hosting them as we continue to find new ways to engage with the community and turn Jefferson Park into a true community hub,” he said. The ballpark is being renamed Jefferson Park beginning with the 2027 baseball season, replacing the Coca-Cola name.
The show spent the year at a new home. ArtsQuest announced in March that it was canceling the 2026 season at SteelStacks in Bethlehem, the show’s longtime home, because construction for a new arts venue was occupying the PNC lot and the area around the Visitors Center.
Organizers announced April 14 that the show was back at Coca-Cola Park, writing: “New location. New layout. New beginning.” The May 31 opener drew hundreds of show vehicles and thousands of spectators.
The July 19 show was billed as a “JDM vs. EURO” showdown. A community page, The Lehigh Valley Chronicle, listed a Sept. 20 show at the park with a lot for American vehicles and a section for trucks and 4x4s.
Nick McDade wrote after the July show: “This past Sunday at the Coca-Cola Park in Allentown, we had an absolutely ridiculous turnout of different styles of vehicles!”
