Voters across the Lehigh Valley selected mayors, county executives and local officials Tuesday for the 2025 General Election, shaping the region’s leadership for the next four years. Polls closed at 8 p.m., and results continue to be counted. Here are the results as of 12:24 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 5:
Allentown Mayor
Incumbent Matt Tuerk (D) was re-elected to a second term, defeating City Council member Ed Zucal (R).

Tuerk won with 72% of the vote to Zucal’s 28%.
Bethlehem Mayor
J. William Reynolds (D) was re-elected mayor of Bethlehem. He ran unopposed.

Bethlehem City Council
All four Democratic candidates — Rachel Leon, Hillary Kwiatek, Justin Amann and Jo Daniels — won seats.

- Leon (D) – 3,794 votes
- Kwiatek (D) – 3,479
- Amann (D) – 3,393
- Jo Daniels (D) – 3,312
- Poplawski (R) – 1,603
Lehigh County Executive
Josh Siegel (D) defeated Roger MacLean (R) with 64% to 36%.

Northampton County Executive
Tara Zrinski (D) defeated Tom Giovanni (R) with 59% to 41%.

Northampton County Court of Common Pleas
Jeremy Clark (D) defeated James Fuller (R), 50,652 votes to 34,924.

Northampton County Council

Five candidates were elected to the county council.
- Lori Vargo Heffner (D) – 48,658 votes
- David Holland (D) – 48,498 votes
- Jason Boulette (D) – 47,318 votes
- Theresa Fadem (D) – 47,124 votes
- Nadeem Qayyum (D) – 43,904 votes
Allentown City Council
All four Democratic candidates — Cynthia Mota, Jeremy Binder, Natalie Santos and Christian Pungo — won seats on Allentown City Council.

- Mota – 9,578 votes
- Binder – 8,731 votes
- Santos – 8,393 votes
- Pungo – 7, 857 votes
Lehigh County Court of Common Pleas
Mark Stanziola (D) defeated Patricia Fuentes Mulqueen (R), 42,897 votes to 26,291.

State Supreme Court Retention
Voters approved the retention of Christine Donohue, Kevin Dougherty and David Wecht, maintaining Democrats’ 5-2 majority.

Turnout
Turnout was 37.8% in Lehigh County and 39.2% in Northampton County, according to election officials.
County boards will continue canvassing mail, provisional and overseas ballots.
