EASTON, Pa. — The Easton Street Eats Food Truck Festival will take place Saturday, May 31, from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. for its second year. The event is free and will be located on North 12th Street, adjacent to Cottingham Stadium in Easton’s West Ward neighborhood.
“We’re thrilled to host the Easton Street Eats festival again this year in the West Ward,” said Erin Laubach, manager of the Easton Area and Forks business councils for the Greater Lehigh Valley Chamber of Commerce. “Events like this are a fantastic way to showcase the vibrant culinary talent we have in our communities and bring people together in Easton.”
Attendees can expect a diverse lineup of food trucks, from savory street food to desserts.
