ALLENTOWN, Pa. — We May Be Right, a Billy Joel tribute band, will perform Friday at Union Terrace Amphitheater as part of the Friday Concerts series presented by Lehigh Valley Health Network, part of Jefferson Health.
The free concert runs from 6 to 9 p.m. at the outdoor amphitheater at 200 S. St. Elmo St. in Union Terrace Park. ArtsQuest and the City of Allentown are sponsoring the event.
We May Be Right recreates the music of Billy Joel, performing both hit songs and deep cuts from the Piano Man’s catalog.
The family-friendly event encourages attendees to bring lawn chairs and blankets for the amphitheater’s hillside seating. Food will be available from Taco Town and La Frikitona food trucks.
The Friday Concert series aims to bring live music to the community while showcasing the historic Union Terrace Amphitheater.
We May Be Right has upcoming tour dates, including Sept. 12 in Lambertville, New Jersey, Sept. 13 in Portland, Maine, and Basking Ridge, New Jersey, and Sept. 20 in Mount Pocono, Pennsylvania.
