LOWER MACUNGIE, Pa. — Local food enthusiasts can show off their culinary skills at the upcoming Chili Cook-Off and Bake-Off hosted by Angel Tree Farms on Saturday, Sept. 6 from 11 a.m to 3 p.m. The event will be held at Lower Macungie Middle School. Organizers are inviting individuals, families, teams and businesses to compete for bragging rights and fundraising prizes.

Contestants can enter the cooking competition, the baking competition, or both. Each entry requires a $25 fee, which will be refunded for participants who raise at least $100. Fundraisers exceeding $100 will be eligible for a special prize awarded to the highest fundraiser. Those entering both competitions should note that the entry fee and fundraising goal will be doubled, as each competition requires its own table.

Organizers encourage friendly rivalries between families, friends and local businesses, highlighting community engagement.
