SouthSide Bethlehem Summer Restaurant Week menus & details
SouthSide Bethlehem will host its Summer Restaurant Week from July 21 to 27, 2025, featuring limited-time prix fixe menus, exclusive specials, and discounts at participating eateries.
The event, organized by the SouthSide Arts District, aims to showcase the culinary offerings of the area during a typically quieter time of year when Lehigh University is out of session.
“It’s a great opportunity to bring folks down into the south side of Bethlehem,” said Erin Zebertavage, Downtown Manager of the SouthSide Arts District, who has helped organize the event for three years.
The restaurant week has been running for at least six years, according to organizers.
Eight restaurants along East 3rd and 4th streets will participate in the event.

Donerd’s Donuts, located at the corner of Fourth and New Streets, will feature ice cream sandwich donuts—donuts stuffed with ice cream and fried so they’re “hot on the outside but cold on the inside.”
The SouthSide Arts District is also sponsoring a gift card giveaway during the event. Customers who dine in or order takeout from participating restaurants can scan QR codes at each location to enter the giveaway.
Each completed purchase equals one entry, and customers can enter multiple times by visiting different locations. Winners will be selected at random after July 27 and contacted directly.
The National Museum of Industrial History, located at 602 E 2nd St, will offer $2 off museum admission to customers who present receipts from participating eateries during Restaurant Week.
The district typically holds restaurant weeks twice a year—in January, after the holiday season, and in July, during the summer.
