Where to celebrate the 4th of July around the Lehigh Valley

The Lehigh Valley is preparing for a Fourth of July filled with fireworks, music, parades and family activities across the region. Here are some upcoming events:

Allentown — Cedar Beach Park
Festivities will run from noon to 6 p.m. with games, food vendors and community activities. Fireworks will launch from the ballfield at 9:15 p.m. The rain date is July 5.

Bethlehem — Sand Island and SteelStacks
The American Legion Band is set to perform at 7:30 p.m., followed by fireworks at 9:15 p.m., visible throughout the city. SteelStacks will also offer a free, music-filled event.

“We look forward to a safe and enjoyable celebration with our community,” Bethlehem city officials shared in a Facebook post. “Please plan ahead, expect traffic delays and follow all posted signs and police directions.”

Coca-Cola Park (Allentown)
The IronPigs will host The Great American Blast, featuring fireworks at 9:15 p.m. on the field. Admission is $8, with $5 parking. Picnic package add-ons are available.

Dorney Park (South Whitehall Township)
Star-Spangled Nights runs July 4–6, with nightly fireworks at 9:30 p.m. set to a patriotic soundtrack. Military discounts are available.

Nazareth — Kazoo Parade
Kick off the day at 10 a.m. with the musical Nazareth Kazoo Parade through downtown.

Sayre Mansion (Bethlehem)
From 5 to 9 p.m., the historic Sayre Mansion will host a gourmet picnic, live entertainment and lawn games, culminating in fireworks at 9:15 p.m. Tickets start at about $79 for adults and $29 for children.

Woodstone Country Club (Danielsville)
Celebrate from 4 to 10 p.m. with obstacle courses, zip lining, water slides and a fireworks finale. Admission is $31.60 for adults and $21.40 for children.

Celebrations beyond July 4
Easton will host Heritage Day on July 12, commemorating early Declaration readings. There will be a fireworks show July 13 shortly after 9 p.m. The location of the fireworks will not be announced due to public safety concerns.
